Default A/R Eternal Lava Spitter

A/R Eternal Lava Spitter

The main purpose of this build is 2 highly interrupt ur target while killing him with heavy degen. The name comes from an old build called Lava Spitter wich used Icendary Arrows for the same id only didnt last much longer thn 8 seconds, but now with a few new skills u can keep this up all the time. I know tht a ranger with Burning Arrows can b much better, but can a ranger use Disrupting Accuracy tht good as an assassin? nope :) They always say tht rangers and other classes make "abuse" of the assassin/shadow skills, but so can we. Its proven before tht assassins can make good use of Barrage, but I hope tht this build also can help u in the for assassins hard world called PvE. Mabey for PvP 2 ;)

The Skills:

Critical Eye
Disrupting Accuracy
Burning Arrow [e]
Savage Shot
Dash
Sharpen Daggers
Shadow Refuge
Res Signet

>>> notice tht some of this skills have recently changed.

Stats:

Marksmanship 12
Shadow Arts 6+2 [8]
Critical Strikes 11+1+1 [13]

Equipement:

max Barbed Shortbow of Fortitude
+5 energy or 15^50

max Shrouded armor + energy

Usage:

Start with choosing ur fleshy (or not) target and cast Disrupting Accuracy, Sharpen Daggers, Critical Eye and spam Burning Arrows. Use Dash for In & Out combat, Shadow Refuge for healing and offcorse Res Signet for resurrecting ur team mates... yer serious never forget tht last 1.

When playing PvP exchange Savage Shot for Shadow of Haste.

Happy Hunting!

For real interrupting: Way of the Assassin > burning arrow.

For really real interrupting... if you're not a ranger.... Icy Dagger tangs, Black Lotus Strike, BIG Energy Pool... and Spinal Shivers... ^_^ ... and to really overdo it (sillyness), Locust's Fury too... =D

True but besides interrupting I wanted a good kill + u need an attack skill for sharpen daggers since it has changed. With this build I wanted 2 be as deadly and anoying as an "dagger" assassin but from a save spot (bowrange) and not 2 get irritated by the high recharge of dagger skills. Also without Burning Arrows it wouldnt b a Lava Spitter anymore...

Icy Veins is nice, but also easy 2 counter. Offcorse its much cooler 2 put some heavy music on and start killing with ur daggers ;) thts why we choose 2 play assassins right?

As SotiCoto also mentioned...you need a HUGE energy pool for it to be even remotely worth using Spinal Shivers. Daggers have a 1.2 or so attack speed (don't remember the exact #, just that it's equal to sword speed). I think it would just be better to carry Disrupting Dagger with you...
